Universitas was founded to accelerate and build capacity in Deep Learning with a global network of experts in applied AI. As a graduate student in Artificial Intelligence trained in Switzerland and China, Grogan recognized the applications of Artificial Neural Nets to solving novel problems across areas of research and industry. 

 

Universitas takes Cognitive Computing as common ground for applied AI research, connecting experts and equipping pioneers from the visual arts to the sciences and engineering. Universitas faculty hold degrees from schools including Harvard, Columbia, USC , and teaching experience at institutions including Stanford Business School, Florida International University in Miami and the Technion in Israel.
